Orders with expedited or overnight shipping must be placed by 12 p.m. PT; orders placed after 12 p.m. PT will ship on the next business day.

We ship from our warehouse in Los Angeles. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Should there be a delay, we will contact you. Once the order has left our warehouse, we can no longer cancel the order.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping notification with tracking number. Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update.

We accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in the original condition, unworn with all tags still attached. Pieces that have been worn will not be accepted for return.

In the event you need to process a return, please email info@groverrad.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 1-2 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method. It can take 5-10 business days for the refund to reach your bank account.

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This process may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume or holidays.

We are considered a 'slow fashion' brand. For us, this means that we produce our clothing in small, limited edition quantities and do not produce excess inventory. We strive to make our clothing from natural materials that are produced with sustainable farming practices and production standards. Each garment is sewn with a quality that is meant to last.
