If an order is placed with Overnight or 2-3 Day shipping before 12 pm PT Mon-Fri, it will be fulfilled the same day. If it is placed after 12 pm PT, it will be fulfilled the next business day.
Once your order has been placed, we will send a confirmation email immediately and follow up with a shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipping labels take a moment to update.

We offer complimentary standard shipping. Orders for expedited (2-3 day) or next-day shipping, which are available for an additional charge, must be placed by 12 p.m. PT; orders placed after 12 p.m. PT will ship on the next business day.

Unworn and unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
All garments are made in Los Angeles with independent local tailors and seamstresses. We only work with factories with the highest ethical standards.
Most material is sourced within the United States with the exception of our scarf silk sourced from Italy.
We are considered 'slow fashion'. We do not have any dead inventory and everything is made in low quantities with natural organic materials that are built to last.
