UNDER THE INFLUENCE - A TRIP DOWN MEMORY LANE

Grover Rad’s Collection 005: Under the Influence - A Trip Down Memory Lane embarks on a critical journey through America's complex drug history. Beginning in the 19th century with the widespread use of morphine and anti-immigration sentiment, to racist drug laws and the War on Drugs of the 20th century, the trip concludes with the current opioid crisis fueled by Corporate America.

This collection showcases Grover Rad’s signature prints featuring propaganda documents, historical drawings, and vintage photographs. These conversation starting prints are exhibited in utilitarian and versatile silhouettes, intended to assimilate into a woman’s every day. Bold new colors are being introduced with the “Candyman” pills, psychedelic poppies, and original Grover Rad collages.
